You should def try studying anatomy, it really helped me improve a lot. Try drawing your hand, find references, etc. Draw anything you want from anime, manga, comics that you like. Always helped with my art block all the time :)

Try to do some simple stuff, and you’ll probably improve over time.

Just draw what you like hun, like how i sometimes use gacha for drawing since it's easier for me lol. Start drawing out of your comfort zone! Like drawing anatomy, poses, perspective, angle, hands, etc. I do this everytime, like what should i draw next? Realism even though i never tried drawing one? Sure, why not! Here's some of my drawings :)

Some random sketches... Anyways for improving, the best way is to practice and just have fun with it. Try out different techniques, art styles, just experiment lots and you'll find your own art style. Also search up some references if you have a harder time drawing from imagination, till you get used to it. Some structure, sketching, perspective, a......

So one day I thought "what if I shortened my real name...?" And when I did it I thought about Kasi but was not satisfied with it so I changed the last two letters that is 'si' to z out of nowhere and I the loved this new name I can up with 'Kaz' ヾ(☆▽☆)
