So crystal knows that illan is a girl? I assumed before it was a mistranslation, knowing wouldn’t change much but with this chapter it made me curious

SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS
there was an old lady who had a head condition/senility so she believes she is living in the world 10 years ago. the old lady worked at the castle and knew illian as the young lady of the house before her brother and mother died. the old lady first met with crystal when they went with milo to the village to see the apothecary and the old lady mentioned the 'young master and lady' which piqued crystal's curiosity. later, crystal sees illian smiling and realizes that it looks like the secret portrait they found with julia in the former duke's library (julia hinted to crystal that this was illian but left it as a mystery for crystal to solve). crystal realizes that the little girl in the portrait was illian and that they were both hiding their identities

Imo the author had a few good ideas but the execution was soo safe and unambitious. Like the concept could’ve been fun but everything was just formulaic to me. If this came out in 2022 I wouldn’t go as far to post, I was very shocked to find out it came out in 2024.
Not to mention, (although it’s not as much as a big deal to me) all the savior crap rubs me the wrong way. In this story, to me personally, it feels quite synthetic and I’m not buying it.
So, anyway, I had to drop it at chapter 43… I couldn’t even wait for what the delulu demons had in store for the main couple. (spoil me)

She should have said she technically killed him or is it that she completely blames herself again? Like y’all were literally on the crosswalk with everyone else and it’s just that some driver wasn’t paying attention

If you read carefully, the lights were in red for pedestrians. What that scene showed was that the guy was such a bad man that was consumed by rage so easily he didn't check. And since he couldn't hit her on the streets, he tried to get away not realizing the red light for them.
The mom didn't kill him, she is a good person that tried to stop him. She just blames herself because she hated him for the abuse, even though it was not her fault she died. The moment was very confusing for her because it happened too fast and someone blamed her. She probably thinks that he would be alive if she didn't confront him.

Oh I didn’t see that, I only saw how there were other people on the crosswalk when they were showing the overhead shot. But I searched it up rn, and even in Korea, drivers are required to yield to pedestrians when they are on a crosswalk, regardless of if the light normally lets the driver go. It’s the same in the U.S. too so I’m wondering if you passed driver’s ed or if you’re old enough to take it….. Anyway, I’m not personally blaming her, I agree it wasn’t her fault, I’m just tryna saying if the author was trying to reach for such a thing at least make it somewhat agreeable to the general public.
Can someone give me a summary, synopsis, or just tell me what the plot is about?
basically a teacher tries to teach a bunch of low self esteem kids (there's actually more to it but it'll ruin the essence of surprise haha). just ry reading it. it's actually pretty interesting and not typical and same old recycled plot
There's donald trump kawai here
