I find it weird that so many people are hating at this because the BL turned into straight romance. But people like it when the straight romance turned into BL. Honestly, I'd just rather look at how the plot turned for the better. The og plot is honestly toxic. That's not bl "love", that's possessiveness caused by trauma. It's better that the mc was there to save ml from the suffering more abuse when he was a child. It's not that bad. Just, not that unique either.

The plot, story, MC everything is TOO GOOD. It's amazing... But a red haired accessory ruined it. Why do powerful mcs always have to have a woman accessory by their side? Its kind of a turn off cliche tbh.

I would have rated this a 5 star if I hadn't read chaps 27 and upwards... Don't get me wrong, I love love love possessive semes. But that is in the case that, he truly CARE AND LOVE MC. obviously, he knows how to make uke fall for him...uke is now "in love" but he's still using uke's love for him to manipulate uke. Can't you be contented?? Obviously, the seme will also fall later but I'm still angry at TRASH semes like this.

Especially since uke here is VERY INNOCENT(by that, he easily falls in love to the person who held him captive, threatened him and "protected" him at the same time. Pfft...
