And this is what I am up with: I am assuming that Si won went to the past and accidentally met Si won from the future. Future Si won went there because he likely wanted to see his past with Kang Jun because he misses him, so he probably goes to the past a lot.
The two Si wons started talking and Future Si won decided that it was easier to show than tell. So Future Si won uses his stone/crystal and takes present Si won to future Si won's past.
I think that the stone can only be used to view the past, so future Si won can only travel to his past because Si won cannot travel to the future with his stone/crystal.
