for a sec i thought it was mc eating like a fool on the latest chapter Σ( ￣□￣||) and thought i went to the wrong novel haha
read the novel, it's mutual redemption
spoilers:
they have a romantic relationship but it ends after the movie to focus on their own passions (at least they haven't met or gotten back together from where I've read up to, ~50-60% of the novel)
The growth is amazing and there's a long side story but I wish there was more T-T. It's a redemption story as he gets to know more people (we will eventually know about his past life too ;))

I remember reading the novel, but I forgot where I stopped so I never got back to it. Anyways, I didn't really like the art that much. Probably because it's not what I expected. The MC was drawn in such a cutesy way that it doesn't match the description in the novel that I imagined. ┗( T﹏T )┛
