Searching for the forgotten manga (manhwa??)

There WS this rich seme. He fell for his friend(?) Uke. N uke got preggo but when he wanted to tell Happy news to Seme, the seme misunderstood as he saw the uke n One gal in gynae Ward (when uke wanted to confirm the preggo) n says to abort it directly. (￣∇￣")

Then uke leaves n after 5 yes uke got a pretty little gal who looks exactly as seme. N seme's life goes depressed as he WS heartbroken(cuz he thought uke loved that girl And wanted babee with her. Freaking MF!!) N he becomes a doc. Maybe surgeon??
