idk if it was yaoi or Shounen ai but ik it was colored and the bottom had blonde hair and top had black hair.
basically, the top is part of an organization of some sort and the bottom was caught in the house of one of the organization's runaway members. it turns out the bottom is a wanted hacker that was in the member's house to steal info but to not get killed, he lies and says he was homeless and stayed in the house because it was vacant. if i remember correctly, they were about to kill the bottom but the top decided not to and instead took him to his house. they start falling in love and although the bottom finds a way to escape, he stays.
