I think the duke/Raf is the killer and like murder of passion because he's frustrated he can't have Louis since all the victims match his description and that he was the one to drug him as well in an attempt to like impregnat him and trap him in a relationship (and that failed so now he's lashing out). That's just my theory. It also sucks that the prince things Louis slept with him because he liked him and Louis doesn't know that he was drugged. A sad situation.
