Both sides are in the right and wrong. No one can blame Jihoo for his actions because what he thought was that Inwoo wanted to meet with his mother but they sadly missed each other. So in order to help IW, JH contacted his mother and set them up. While on the other hand, IW hid his real feelings and lied to JH about him and his mother missing each other because he didn't want the other to worry about him. If he had just told JH about what he really felt about meeting his mother, then JH wouldn't have done what he did. However, we also can't blame IW for hiding his real feelings because he was insecure and scared that JH would leave him once he finds out about him being in a mess, which is completely understandable considering his history with his mother and his ex-wife. If you really read the story and understand each character's behavior, you would know when their actions are reasonable or unreasonable. And in this story, every feelings are valid, and every actions are well-founded. I know I missed some details, but you get the idea.. probably... hopefully...
Anyways, just wanna add: as someone who especially loathes nosy characters nosing on other people's businesses (i.e. when Jo Chung told IW that JH only felt sorry for him—I actually didn't hate him for that, which is a first :O), I actually love how it's depicted in this story and how each character's life were written. Everyone's problems were very well portrayed, every feelings valid, and every actions justifiable. You'll know when a character's story is well-thought out, every detail, even the smallest ones, were there. You can really feel that the characters are alive.

also, you can't fully blame JH for saying "but she's your mother" because as it was said, he was raised in a loving family. It's hateful, yes, but how could JH completely understand IW if he won't open up completely to him? Instead, what IW did is hide his miserable self to JH even tho JH already said that he did not have to pretend when he's infront of him. This led to JH thinking that IW was fine and is okay with meeting his mother. Hence, the ending of ch 65 :)
