How come almost every time I see a blond character in a love triangle, they’re always the most petty, jealous, shifty, insecure, babies I’ve ever seen and not in a fun/ self reflective way. In this story it’s not as dramatic as I’m making it but it’s so hard to rock with a blond ML/FL when there’s a better, more self aware, and unselfish black/brunette lead.i wanna root for a blond character but they suck all the time. Even the ones who win sometimes.
Seems like FL’s ex isn’t used to putting his feelings first.Sometimes I’m like him bc I am fine either way bc I’m just respecting what the other wants, That’s also a type of love but it isn’t the love she wants.I don’t hate him as much as ML ex . She is selfish, insufferable, and manipulative. She lost someone great and didn’t appreciate them when it mattered the most. Blonde guy gives me the ick. I’m sorry I’m trying to like him but he’s so annoying and invasive. I’m focusing on the main story now trying to forget about it but he keeps popping up and including himself in everything. Can someone give me a good solid reason why she should end up with him?? I don’t see what y’all see. Black hair seems more like a better option.
