The side character guy is right, scarily enough. Takeru made Kimihito completely dependent on him, and used the bodyguard excuse to cover it up. Kimihito looked like the bad guy to outsiders the whole time, and I wouldn't say hes completely innocent, but Takeru was clearly the mastermind and intended for all this to happen.
The seme is only hated because he makes the uke feel like trash, when he's done nothing wrong. It's okay to be jealous, but he's a bit manipulative, making the uke feel like he needs to apologise, even when he isn't aware he did anything at all.
Okay I'm just on chapter 1 but, police really don't do anything against stalkers. 'You're in no real danger' might as well be come back when you're killed or badly injured.
It felt rushed. They didn't have anything to connect with, except sex, and short affectionate moments. I don't particularly like both the characters either, since there's not a lot to like except from their looks.
