The people behind this manga wanted to give fake Ciel a name that's cold yet beautiful. Thus, they came up with the name: 'Merde' Merde Phantomhive. I'm captivated by it the first time I read it. Theres a difference between fiction and reality, in the yaoi world you just gotta be mature enough to separate the two. It's simply a preference, there no need to call people sick for it, it's all fantasy.
There's a lot of girls and probably guys too who enjoy the idea of rape because of the dominance in it and pretty sure there are couples out there who like to roleplay such things. There's no reason to be rude to someone simply because their fantasies are not of the norms/laws of reality/society.

Pretty much 90% of the yaoi I read is fucked up & twisted; that's the appeal of escapism. It's like playing an RPG where you kill everything that so much as wiggles it's little toe at you, while in real life you would curbstomp a guy who kicked an animal. You get to experience something forbidden you wouldn't seek out in the real world, & it's exciting.
So true~~ Even if it's just a story or a movie... it still feels pretty satisfying to break out. It always feel so good to create/read a story that you desire/like and being able to make it come to life and share it with everybody. And I think that's what the author is thinking.
Isshin-san can't have amnesia, it's so sad thinking that the person you have fun spending time with will forget it all the memories.
