I possible reason why Ranzou acts the way he does is because he was strangled by Ikuro's mother and the the oxygen not getting to his head, causing brain damage. ╥﹏╥ also the he imitates baby Ikuro's cry to try to help because Ikuro without know save Ranzou from dying and Ranzou is knows that....
