I have another theory that contradicts this sorta of, but it makes more sense. Leandro didn't disappear in the same sense as the others but because he became a god similar to those that did the erasing. He might become an ally later if this is the case

Tbf I really do think he's crazy like the red hair guy said. I feel like he saw her writhing in agony and somehow related to her or something bizzare and became obsessed with being her savior. Literally no matter the cost or consequences. Their dynamic is very uncomfortable I wish they made her senior the love interest

They spoke in chapter 113. Since both of em were abandoned they called each other siblings. Mc said he wanted to be like her. So She later got pissed of as although they were abandoned, there circumstances afterwards werent same. So she decided to teach him a lesson.
