I really liked this chapter. Even if it’s sad it show how some tragic event can help people to realize their mistakes or what they could lose if nothing change. Dojun finally understands the one he truly love is Seok and whatever you say, when the one you love is in sadness and pain even if you were angry before, you want to be with him and support him. They had an argument but their feelings for each other are real.

I must admit Yejun’s reaction is very disapointing ! How could he believe this shitty old man ! It’s OK that he doesn’t trust DoYoon but not to the point of believe every single shit the old fart is saying ! Come on ! That old bastard insulted you the first time you met, the sister explained to you how manipulating and cruel he was to hus own son but you prefer to trust him ! DoYoon is a jerk but seing Yejun acting so dumb I might think he desserves to be left alone. I’m upset !
I really expect the author to change the pace but I fear there might be more cliché. Like Yejun finally understand but it’s kinda late and DoYoon will hate him and harm him more blablabla...

I won’t say the ML is clean but as this so called revelation is made by the shitty grandfather, I wil, take it with great precaution.
For me the ML (Do-yoon) has feelings for the MC (Yejun) till the beginning but because of the shitty grandfather he has some kinda of trauma and decided to break up with him. I think he has some mental issue like he imprisoned his deep self. But now that he know he has a son who can’t be hiden from the shitty grandfather because of the illness. So I think he’s playing a double game with the shitty grandfather.
Many people say Do-yoon just have to talk with Yejun but it’s not simple. He is inapt to do this because till his childhood he is told bad things by the shitty grandfather, he saw his mother unhappy with him and saw himself like a monster. So yeah he need to do something about this lack of empathy but no basically as he is now, he can’t just sit on the sofa with a cup of green tea. He has to face an even worse monster, the shitty grandfather who can go to hell !

I guess DoYoon has some mental issue because of his shitty father. I’m sure he really wants to protect his child but knows very well if he show even a little trace of humanity the shitty old man may harm the kid. I mean the grandfather has a serious problem... How could you say to your own son "your seeds are precious don’t waste it with nobody"...WTF ! I guess DoYoon doesn’t want his child to suffer the same things he suffered. But he has a trauma from his childhood and things may not be as simple as it seems. Of course he could talk to Yejun but the shitty grandfather is kinda dangerous. I mean we all know he’s some kind of bastard who could kill anyone even his own son just to take the child if he learn his gender.
And even if it could NEVER be an excuse, that childhood trauma can explain but not justify DoYoon’s attitude toward Yejun. I’m sure DoYoon is in love with Yejun but cannot express it or even doesn’t really know himself he is in love because due to his father’s abuse he cannot love himself.
I read POTN when the story wasn’t completed and trust me, there was none of the readers who doesn’t used to curse SeunGo. But in the end and without too much chapters about character development or we were all supporting him and Nakyum.
So what I want to say is that I guess we will learn some things about that damned stupid asshole of Jaekyung that could make us change our mind. Not in the next chapter of course but maybe earlier from what we expect...
