I did not expect so many different types of plot fitted into this manga. AND I LOVE ALL OF IT. I'm really waiting for that moment when Aqua's sparkle in his eye comes back to his mother's sparkle instead of his father's, that'll be an awesome moment.
At first I didn't like the older sister's personality a lot, and she definitely doesn't have good intent at some points. But she's a f8Cking intellectual. I LOVE HER ATTITUDE CAUSE IT'S RIGHT TO NOT BACK DOWN.

The author’s message and ideas conveyed by looking at every possible viewpoint, especially in that confrontation/conversation between Kensuke’s view as the one in the ‘wrong’ as well as Shingo’s girlfriend... This hit all the right spots for me to be honest, I expected what was going to happen between Futaba and Taichi, but it was a good friendship and learning experience for both them and the readers. The way they tackled so many social problems and etiquettes everyone has to battle on their own is amazing. It really conveys without the large drama or exaggerations how really messed up social and ethical points are viewed. Masumi’s point of view about wisdom was especially hard and truthful in the sense, but it could also be viewed as wrong in certain scenarios such as running away from problems. UGH I JUST ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS ENTIRE SERIES ABOUT A COMING OF AGE LIFE STORY.
I haven't found a manga that really struck me or had me this enraptured in it's plot. I'm kinda worried where all this love is going ahead to though. ROOTING FOR KAI SO BAD!!! I can totally see that new girl in the same apartment complex being with Akio instead, there must be a reason why she was introduced after all. Surely there could be an ending where everyone can be happy, even his bestie.
God help us, the flowers make me cringe so hard whenever he tries to look handsome. The flowers and roses take my attention away so much it gives me flashbacks to cliche shoujo anime styles of the ‘handsome’ ‘cool’ and ‘unreachable’ ML showing interest in the MC.... EXCEPT THIS ONE IS REALLY DESPERATE FOR HER. LOOK AT THAT ONE PANEL HIS YAOI HANDS ARE TELLING US HE’S NOT MEANT TO BE WHEN HE SAYS
