She needa start helping him bro ☠ she “loves” him - but isn’t offering to help him, yea she may be scared of doing so because of his actions, but it’s harmful that he is causing harm to others physically (or himself) in order to manipulate her and get her to stay - or the people around her to distance themselves away from her so she’s for him only. She knows that she’s able to slightly control him and not going full blast in the moment by kissing him or any physical contact, but that “fix” is only temporary. I hope in the future we can see them both get help and finally be in a healthy relationship where there isn’t any harm caused - because they’d be such a great couple.

But this bro can LITERALLY go into people’s dreams whenever he wants, she can’t do much about that especially with how crazy he’s going rn. Yes, he can go into dreams which is something that she can't do much about - even if she did try to run away, he'd mange to communicate with her. However, from my pov, I think she needs to make it clear that what he's doing is wrong ( have a conversation) and try to distance herself away from him if he refuses to get the help that he needs. She isn't one to blame for his actions, you're right, but she is still choosing to stay with someone who has harmed people. Even though again, like you said - she cant be blamed as she is a victim herself of his manipulation tactics.
I think it’s impossible for her to distance herself from him, Siyun is too obsessed with her to let her go and since she is a victim of his manipulation, I think she will find it hard herself to stay away from Siyun, she will probably also worry about what he will do to the people around her if she tries to distance herself.
You’re right that they need to have a conversation and she needs to make it clear that what he’s doing is wrong but from these recent chapters it’s clear that a simple conversation like that won’t really help, seems like Siyun is beyond the point of just “talking things out” or “getting help” (imo, I could be wrong tho I dunno)
