It's ok to be confused. There's still a lot that we don't know yet.
What I got so far:
Somehow all women are extinct. Jin is a "Darwin" - probably what they call the kids who survived the daycare. The other kids in the daycare don't seem to like him. We don't know exactly why yet. Apparently there's a relationship map that shows blondie, Tehir, likes Jin. Garon, the octopus guy, wants to breed Jin.
Jin was captured and Tehir wants to keep him locked up in the city. Jin wants to go back to his gang. He's in love with the captain, Charin, who looks like Tehir. Charin has a big inferiority/superiority complex. His ego problems lead to them getting involved with green hair guy. Green hair gets the gang and Charin addicted to pentatonic, a deadly drug that can summon demons. All the gang members except Charin and Jin are dead. Jin has escaped the city and is looking for Charin. Charin is currently living with green hair as his fucktoy.
