A lot of people are trying to compare this story to kiss me liar but it’s really not comparable. Lukas is a very complicated character and im not trying to justify his actions but he’s way better than the dude from kiss me liar. It was never his intention to hurt rain and you see that,, when they first started dating he did treat him well but his obsession to protect him got stronger and his lies got deeper. I also like that at the ending he was honest and let rain go. I think they need this time apart all the lies and secrets made them drift and forget that before protecting each other they need to trust one another. I like how the characters and their relationship are progressing honestly
