People complaining about the ml being old and the fl small. It's not like they falling in love right this moment and have s*x like yuck. The fl is 300+ years old, the ml and fl need to have some kind of interaction with each other and get to know each other so they can fall in love in the future. Do you want a love at first sight bs! I'm guessing by being around the ml and her family will she learn what love is and get over her trauma and for that they need time hence the ml has already been introduced.

I really like the FL character. One she saw more than just her hate and revenge and decided to actually use the ml to actually help her kingdom, just as how a royal should behave as. Also she isn't just trusting the ml cuz he said he'll protect her. She isn't lost in the power that isn't hers in the first place and worries about what'll happen if she couldn't control him.
Some of the comments keep on saying that she's indecisive but I don't see that in her. When she decided to the people she actually did it when she decided to leave the palace she left.
Best of all she isn't blushing onsight of other mls

Didn't the grandfather kill the second wife's family after they tried to take power, hence they became "fallen nobels" but he left the only daughter alive aka FL's step-mother.
Fl's father was having an afair with the now second wife and the first wife knew of it but aloved it because she loved him, but he used that love to kill her and her father.. leaving FL alive as a tool.
He also murders the first son because he was born between FL's mother and himself and his goal is for the second wife's child to take the throne.
Oh no I don't think that's what happened about the kids. The son is the father's son from his wife or lover before he married the mother. This much I'm sure of but the rest has me confused

This manga is more than just romance. It's adventure, politics, growth and character development. If all you want is for livi to grow up so he can have his romance with Nike then the manga is not for you. Livi had commited many atrocities as a king and the author didn't want to give one sad backstory as the reason for why he should be forgiven. She showed us the consequences of livi's every actions before he met Nike and made sure he corrected his mistakes personally. The only issue was Nike getting kidnapped every time, the could have tried other ways to show livi how wrong his decisions were and give him character development. Other than this I've very much enjoyed this story. The romance part is secondary to me not very important.
I completely agree with this sentiment. This story has a lot of good elements; the politics, the adventure, and the characters, that make up for what it lacks which is the romance aspect. I wish that Livi would’ve grown up and I’m valid in that. Saying the manga isn’t for you is a bit rude to be honest. It’s a flaw that I personally see in the manga and that a lot of other people see in it as well. The politics, the adventure, and the character development could’ve been well better paced so that it would be possible for Livi to have grown but it’s been years and that didn’t happen because of a hyper focus on those things. I also don’t like the redundancy of Nike being kidnapped over and over again, and I am allowed that right. Does that mean the manga is bad to me? No. I like the manga and have never once stopped reading it. What that means is I’ve noticed a flaw and I’m expressing that. I’m allowed my opinions just like you are allowed yours while actively enjoying the manga because again, I’m allowed that right.
Ok, i agree with what you're saying. The author chose to take something precious from livi aka kidnapping Nike which just killed off everything else in it. To me it's seemed the same damn arc over and over again with different characters. This could've taken much better routes but I'm just left very disappointed. I did want romance at some point but now i just want fucking closure. This story has been dragged for so long....they should've ended it way back
