Ok SO BASICALLY -
1. MC gets entrusted with the same high risk mission, except this time also got to kill the templars commander- that redlong hair dude. Which he thinks isn't feasible and high possibility he could die. Plan to take action in 13 days.
2. So decides gotta end relationship w/ Juergen. Makes up some lame excuse that he's gotta go back to his hometown. Seme says ok, but love with him for a week before leaving.
3. Next day, MC wakes up to find himself in handcuffs. Seme says he won't overlook his lies this time and if he wants to breakup, tell the real reason. Ofc MC won't. There's a lot of sec during this period lol. They go wild. MC can leave whenever he wants to-through esper, but he's not.
4. Weeks over, esper contacts him, he escapes. Goes back to his house to rest, juergen appears, they argue, MC points a gun at him to stop him from interfering so he can leave. Seme about to chase after MC BUT RECEVIES A CALL.
***LAST CHAPTER we see him meeting up w/ the templars COMMANDER?! oof. Maybe he's of the cerchens? Or whatever it was called. ***end of current season and the few chapters after it are side stories of MC and juergens relationship, how they got together 2 years ago. (that's what you're comment was referring to)
