This manga has a lot of potential. I appreciate the fact that the author didn't fall into the cliché where every problem magically resolves once the protagonist gets a boyfriend. He felt miserable before being with Issei, and he will continue to feel that way if he doesn't resolve his issues himself. Issei pushed away Nacchan because his job is his priority, and Nacchan can't relate to that. He feels alienated, which will inevitably bring problems to their relationship. I hope this doesn't end tragically.
( TДT)

IDC ABOUT THE KISS (well, I kinda care), BUT WHAT ABOUT THE PLOT RESOLUTIONS? Like the drama between Miyanari's family— why did the red string disappear? Are they not destined partners, and will they break up in the future? Like, those plote holes diminish the quality of the manga, objectively speaking, BUT SUBJECTIVELY??? THIS IS ART, THIS WAS SO CUTE AND FUN TO READ AND THEY ARE SOOOOSOSOSOO PRECIOUS TO ME LIKE I BREATHE AND LIVE FOR BLs LIKE THESE
That encounter Dieter had with that writer it's basically the author telling us "i know this plot is stupid and unrealistic, but it's fiction, it doesn't matter" idk man... i don't think that's the way to handle it... i was hoping Taichi wouldn't develop real romantic feelings for Dieter, but well... at least Dieter is gonna suffer for the rest of his life with the burden of his crimes
The ending was OK 'cause it IS fictional. Maria-sen writes a lot of fucked up, darker yaoi/bl series and is a baddie irl.
It has its goofy parts, but all in all this was a romance series about an unlucky dude and a serial killer who learns what it is to regret and suffer with his guilt for the rest of his life.
