I get the author too and understand their frustration and they have every right to take legal action but the author is being really unprofessional and causing harm to someone who doesn't have any power in what the author expects from them. the author is causing harm to someone who's doing what they're capable of, everything outside of their power can't be blamed on them but the author does. with a behavior like this you just can't defend the author anymore, they're stepping out of their "they're right." position willingly so ¯_(ツ)_/¯
