Seth is so misunderstood I hate it. He’s my favorite character, you can obviously tell he isn’t bad just has been through a lot. But that doesn’t excuse him being a bitch sometimes but still.

If you don't mind a psychological trip, horror or thriller then this is definitely something you may enjoy.
if you read things like killing and stalking and warehouse and liked it then this story would be very entertaining.
if you are easily scared it might not be for you but there isn't really much gore in this.
