I think the person with feminine clothes just crossdresses, there was this one time a friend I just met was wearing clothes for the opposite gender, first I thought this was their way to come out to me as trans, when we were getting coffee, the barista, in fact many places we have been through missgendered them, so I yelled at her, saying damnit for the last time Its a him, and tbh acted like a karen of lgbtq justice. Made the biggest fuss you can imagine. Later when we were on the way to my car they told me that they just liked to wore this type of clothing because it is way comfortable, nothing else.
