I think the reason why the alpha is asking what would happen if he bites the omega in this scenario is because I believe that bonding through the bite can only occur when the alpha and omega are having sex the 'traditional way' (i.e. alpha is top, omega is bottom). In this case, it's reversed so he doesn't know what the bite could do. If it turns out that positions don't matter, then yh they're gonna be bonded. Stupid move tbh loll
