So I read a manhwa but I forgot the title. The main idea is that the ML is an idol. He is an alpha and he goes into rut at work. During his rut, he tries to get to his car, but he becomes weak and collapses near it. Someone helps him. I do not remember whether they ended up sleeping together or not, but the important part is that the person who helped him turns out to be the one the ML has been searching for.

Some time before that, this person, the MC, went to the ML’s fanmeet to get his autograph. The ML was surprised and a bit impressed because he did not expect to have a fanboy.
