That's gonna be tough now, since Shiro is paralyzed from the waist down. I dated a guy who was paralyzed this way, sex is not happening. Even if Kei was the seme, Shiro would feel nothing. So sad.
It might be slightly more difficult but not impossible. It would take great care and understanding to be Shiro's partner even without what happened because of all his crap that he lived through. Guys with disabilities (all folks with disabilities ) can have a great sex life with the right partners. Unfortunately, our human condition and society, doesn't always see it like that, or even really understands that it is possible. Even more so in other countries and communities where strength and perfection are preferred. I have a disability, I have been happily married for almost twenty years and I live my life the way I want, so I like the way Sensei took Shiro's story. I would love to see his own story!
