In the very beginning I'm already convinced that jade is the one who reversed the time.. So what happened to the saint then?
I think since Viche had more of an impact on Jade than the one in the novel that her death impacted Jade a lot more which caused the story to change. Maybe he never even met the saint in his past life. Another theory is that he did but she was a different person altogether. Viche only has limited information since she was a reader
