I came back from a busy week and didnt read much BL.

Can someone recommend me with a good plot that "DONT revolve" of them having sex, sleeping around or third party. Just a good bl plot.

Note: I will compile it and once again create a question entry so that few people can pick what should I read.

Cause I only have a few time left before being busy again, I want to read those worth the plot

So the MC is from the real world and is gay who is obsessed with reading. There is a novel who he particularly loves the hate relationship between the villain and the ML

The villain wants to get the FL but of course the ML is the knight in shining armor that transgress repeatedly because he failed in protecting the world.

Accidentally, the MC got transmigrated into the body of the villain.

Then since the MC already read the novel, he know that the ML has many enemy to fight in the future and is already gathering every people that are strong enough to be on his side and fight against world doom or whatever.

The nice thing about the plot is that MC choose to look like a villain but not really is, he help those characters who are set to become villains in the future and change their perspective in life by accepting their negative emotions and they become bonded with each other. The twist is he recruited the FL.

The ML sees the MCs actions as evil, but the FL sees it differently and choose to be on the MC's side. Which is why the ML is angry towards the MC.

Plot twist is that the MC thought that the FL is the romantic partner of the ML, but she is actually just his sister which the MC didnt know in the novel plot, but the ML knows because he transgress many times.

Later on, the MC and ML got to know each other and leads to romantic feelings.

But the villain group of MC and group of ML has also a plot that the MC resolve so that he wont also die due to the perceive or predicted ending of the novel.

    In general, I want something not centralized in the MC plot, but he is really at the center because his the one helping people.

    The group of MC although change their paths. They still look like villains or troublemakers.

I think thats what the title of the movie.

Im just thinking if there is a BL based on that movie where the monsters outside can harm people at night, but instead of eating them literally, the monsters eat them in bed.

Cause it is funny and horny. That some hot guys knock in your door and you thought they will eat you, but they accidentally enter the house and you got heated in bed (idk if it will be a rape plot, but it will be funny I think)

Idc if someone here is a simp for straight romance manga.

I just want to voice out my annoyance because my co-worker keep watching the anime series at work and I always hear the MC being a typical fiction girl.

My goshhh, when I hear her tiny voice and look at the screen of my co-worker, I always see her blushing when the ML is present. Then the ML has this aloof attitude, but shows little care to the MC.

If it was the past where I was so young. I maybe will giggle to its stupid romance scenario, but I cant handle it now

Anyways, when I see that straight romance manga, I realized how annoying are straight romance genre in general with all this blushing (although not all of them).

The animation is good, but I cant handle the cliche stupid romance scenarios and what annoys me the most is the giggle of my co worker and the anime being hype over.

    No but you're so right... and in general, it's been a few years since I stopped watching anime (now I'm more oriented towards korean manhwas and novels) and I became aware from Youtube clips just how ANNOYING they make female voices in anime, WHY DO THEY WANT TO SOUND LIKE LITERAL CHILDREN SO MUCH IT'S CREEPY (there are also amazing voices, but they're the minority)
    I used to like even those kinds of anime but now I just find them so cringe

    Honestly tho honey lemon soda is just kimi ni todoke with a ML who is more traumatize lol is a classic of shoujo romance that sadly took too long to get animated
    (The voice thing is valid but that's not just a romance thing)

    Honestly I get it. I'm pretty flexible with whatever so it's not particularly shoujo that makes it annoying but the couple themselves. For example, Wotakai: Love is Hard for an Otaku is honestly good in my opinion. The second couple especially is adorable and their dynamic makes sense. Meanwhile, Honey Lemon Soda really does just sound cliche... but I also think it's up to the consumer to decide.

    If it bothers you a lot, I hope you can work it out with your coworker to watch it with headphones or earbuds, or maybe use headphones or earbuds yourself to ignore it. Ultimately, you just gotta acknowledge their tastes even if it's not your cup of tea

    Besides the fact that I’m way passed the age shojo anything is aimed at me, in general I was never a big fan usually because of the female protagonist. Most shojo MCs are bland, clumsy, and downright stupid yet the ML is usually cool, collected and smart. These dynamics aren’t conducive to a good romance in my opinion. The few shojos I did enjoy either weren’t romance heavy, the MC was male or the female MC was not your cookie cutter to-dumb-to-live standard.
    I’ve read a review for honey lemon soda and it didn’t pique my interest. I’ve read a bit of kimi ni todoke and surprisingly enjoyed it. I guess MC is just interesting enough for the romance with ML to be believable because neither b outshines the other.

    I dont acknowledged her taste and really say that the anime is so cliche. She acknowledge that it is cliche, but just watch it as past time.

    Also, our field of work do not allow us to usually use earphones and my workbench is near to her so I can hear the MCs voice ╥﹏╥

    I just hope that the anime will be done quicker so she can move on

    Wait, not the Kimi ni to some slander ;; the ml in that one isn’t an ass and he’s a lovable dork so it’s different I swear!!




    Also to op, this is why I only read stuff where the ml falls in love first. Like, I only like it when the ml is all blushy instead lol

    I wasnt hating on kimi ni todoke (￣∇￣") but it's literally the same trope just w a different flavor of ML. Like the girl who has never had friends and its socially awkward (lowkey autistic too) with the ML who constantly tries to protect her and integrate her into the group

    lol I haven’t read honey lemon soda so I was just expecting the ml to be a jerk to the mc from what the comments said lol, so I was like defending my boy from being compared cause he was never mean to sawako lol XD but yeah, he does try to protect and integrate her into groups, but sawako made friends (the two girls) by herself at the beginning of the series and they also helped her integrate with the other classmates, not just the ml(if anything, the ml was sulking cause he couldn’t do more cause he was just a lovestruck dork)

    (Also sawako didn’t really blush constantly since she was just happy to have friends lol)

    I realize I am really defending kimi ni todoke like it’s my favorite story or something XD like I liked it but I never even finished reading it. I just heard what the others said about honey lemon soda and it’s like the yikes of all my most hated shoujo tropes. Meanwhile, kimi ni todoke had like a mix of great and meh tropes so I ended up defending it against my assumptions about honey lemon soda lol

    Tell me if I got anything wrong I guess

    I found my people. I literally can’t get into 90% of shoujo because of this I am tired of the shy girl blushing 99% of the time fl like I couldn’t even get into sign of affection, kimi ni todoke, honey, lemon soda, and many more bc I can’t stand the fact that they just blush and do nothing more. Sign of affection is a little excusable because well she’s deaf, but the fl is just so uninteresting she has no hobbies or goals. It’s literally just a ml who has dreams and goals while she’s just there blushing over him.

    Yeah, I only go for stories where the mc definitely isn’t the blushy type. I remember that was why I was a sucker for last game when I was little lol

She is a beginner in BL, I want to give her a plot that suits what she like:
1.) Thriller BL or Dark Romance
2.) RomCom BL

She only read business proposal and didnt tried to read BL manhwa, which is very disrespectful to the manhwa community and girls generation. As a gay friend that is concern for her health, I need the best BL manhwa to recommend her.
