This is one of Harada's mangas that actually isn't twisted or rather it doesn't have that "got cha" or "you thought" moment. There really isn't a twist to this story but it is dark at some points. Not to spoil it too much but there are topics that are brought up such as rape, child abuse, pedophilia and so on. If your triggered by these topics then I wouldn't recommend reading this. However if you can get past these topics then I would absolutely recommend reading this. Personally I really loved this story even with the dark subject matter, I still found it enjoyable to read. There are some funny and cute moments too. Also the ending is a happy one if you're curious. Definitely read this, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I liked how the author portray the reason why the seme must move, the seme clearly stated that his not truthfully happy near his brother, he stated that uke's positivity is the reason he wants to move on because uke was there in order to make the seme happy.
