He's not AVOIDING Wolfgang just because, and he DOESN'T want to avoid Wolfgang... it's just the difference in their positions as a Minister and Sovereign. If you can't read and understand what is going on while frantically searching for pages that only have them flirting, this isn't the story for you. Ngl this was pretty interesting during its initial storyline (the first season) but after that especially now it's just... meh. Literally every single chapter now is devoted to political shit its just so fuckign boring lmao. Also Shin's character is another major reason that makes me lost interest in the story, he's is just so frustrating.
