I really hoped Cho-ah would get away, even if it meant his death. Not only cutting his tendons so he can't run away, Mujin even had Cho-ah's wedding ring sewed to his finger. I can't even imagine.... It was the appropriate ending but omg was it a tragic story

I missed it the first time I read it. Towards the end of the last chapter, when they show Cho-ah's arm in the shackle with all the cuts to his arm, if you look at the ring finger, you can see the thread coming out of his finger, crossing over the ring
Yeah weirdly I'm glad that it ended tragically, as much as it hurts. So sick of those BLs where the mc ends up w his abuser but it's framed as "happily ever after

The blond teacher Jae-In confronted who mated with Teayoon's omega teacher. He might feel bad that he sacrificed Taeyoon knowing he was a victim as much as the omega. And if he found out that Jeong-Hyuk's people almost killed him? He might be feeling hella guilty. Stepping up as brother and uncle. Wait.... That would make Jae-Yoon all of the Choi's nephew. Idk how I feel about that....

That just killed the story for me. Having him SA-ed by the person who saved him while being SA-ed? Then the b.s. after of, "oh. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to R you. I was stuck on stupid...." Learn better writing techniques than spamming SA
