The hate train in the comments is unwarranted. Beginning up until recent we see progress in the way Luci confronts her emotions. She decided that killing bro will not bring her peace, and ultimately choosing to move on will be the best course to take now that she has so much to live for.
well yeah but we're honestly just SO TIRED of authors choosing to make te FL take the highest possible road after she's been failed by everyone around her. Not desiring revenge is fine and all, and is the best route for her mental health but the fact that she was so gentle with khalid and told him to back off like she was gentle parenting him is like watching nails on a chalkboard tbh. Fls can take the high road but still be disdainful. After such a huge betrayal like this, it's natural to feel hatred and ignore that mf completely at the very least. FLs still feel things and simply making them take the high road every time as if they're a saint is just unbearable to read.
The main focus of s2 was Luci's deep conflicting identities and how she can coexist within two lives, which were her past and now future. I love how she developed within the whole timeframe and how she was able to find a middle ground in her series of ruminations. And all criticisms are valid I honestly hoped she would go on a rampage instead when it comes to Khalid but I especially despise how y'all be talking about her!! And she doesn't even come close to a horrible written female lead. I've seen royalty manwhas much worse than what the commenters are depicting, and so many in the thread are greatly exaggerating.
Girl she fucking HATESS Khalid's guts, and I don't think she has forgiven him, but there's a part of her that feels immense guilt for not realizing his suffering, Estelle's faction, the king, and the country all together. We will definitely see more plot continuing, so I don't have much to say. But frrr I was offended y'all hating on ts one
Is there pay gorn?
