Well that was just fucked up.
I usually like stories where the bonds between characters are twisted like for example the manga fujiyuu sekai. Loved that one because albeit it was twisted, the characters still genuinely cared and loved each other. This one however, no traces of love whatsoever. Maybe confused affection but definitely not love. Just pure overdose of burning hot hatred.
Maybe that's what the author is going for but to be honest, the Yuri genre contains so little content compared to others that it's really sad to have more of these nothing but pain and no happiness at all stories.
The characters actually scared me because they were the very definition of creepy. They almost acted human but not at the same time.
I strongly disagree, because I believe that whatever the author is going for should be respected, and therefore your idea that there must be at least one happy story, or positive feelings, I don't think stands.
From what I see, these 3 acts so far, show human emotions. Inexplicable Hatred, Twisted -ness, Love, signs of trying to find the logic, but fail. And it might seem disturbing, creepy, even disgusting, but that's just how it is sometimes. Not all manga have got a happy ending.
This manga might even have no meaning, but in my eyes, this meaning is clearly visible. And I actually enjoyed reading these acts.

It's amazing how this webtoon manages to reinforce the trust issues in everyone like, whoah they're such a cute couple but is Yeonwha sincere? Yeonhwa really cares for her but does she mean it? Seems like she changed for the better or did she?
Like seriously, I'm so torn about everything XD also, it would've been nice if we get to see the previous MC happy.
