Honestly the novel confused me on whether they have babies or not. In the novel, Yoon Chi-young mentions that ppl of the same gender or different species can still have babies with modern technology. Some side stories weren't translated yet so I'm not sure if they decided to have a baby or not.

They do have babies. Twin boys and a third girl it's in the extras. Basically both of them can decide to carry the Baby. Yoon chi young wanted to carry the babies but unfortunately our puppy was found more compatible
