Sasaki is Kaneki, thats why arima acts like a parent to him because arima was the one who named him, also it seems sasaki cant eat human food on ly drink. And kaneki was wholly turned into a "quincke" type ghoul but they really haven't done anything besides while his memory and replace it with new ones, because if you pay attention to him well he resembles kaneki a looooooot well this is what I think and ill keep believing so xD and besides at the end of Toukyou Kushu touka said that she knows hes alive and will keep believing in him so yeaaaaaaaa!! Yay kaneki!!
I'm not entirely sure about that yet. Let's not jump the bandwagon yet. I'm sure Ishida woulnd't do something that is that obvious.
I think precisely because its obious that ishida sensei made it that way. I mean, they'll never get into a conversation where in they go "hey you're that kaneki ken guy right?" To keep the continuity of the story without it being so forced. But it is given so many implications that he is indeed kaneki ken.
I agree. I think Ishida-sensei let it being obvious by purpose, he's not trying to hide it - he only plays trick to his reader's mind. IMO, the real mistery is not Sasaki's real identity, but something bigger than that. let us all just wait and see :D
