Mine hasn't been great, my anxiety & agoraphobia are pretty much controlling my life right now so :') I start therapy tomorrow tho so hopefully I'll be doin a lot better soon.

Idk what you mean by Americans culturally being loud? At least in the part of the US I grew up in, it's definitely not socially acceptable to be loud in most public settings. Like if you're at a concert, football/baseball game, etc. then sure being noisy's expected, but talking super loudly at a store or even a park is gonna get you glared at. Co......

At least in my experience, they either say to dress in a "respectful" way to yourself (as in they think that dressing provocatively is inherently demeaning/disrespectful to yourself) or to dress for God not men. I'm usually pretty good at remembering it unless the names are kinda similar, like if their names start with the same letter. If it gets to that point tho I usually just drop the series b/c it annoys me not knowing who anyone is.

They usually do, a lot of times it ends up being a "Sorry BUT" vs just saying sorry though. Idk it can be really frustrating sometimes but it's better than nothing I guess :v
