I read a spoiler previously that said he turns his father into the sword so Charlize can never kill him, therefore, never completing her revenge. It was kind of hinted she only lived for revenge and that scared Dylan.
Actually, no. I believe he changed his father (The Emperor) into a living sword, as he thought it would be a suitable revenge for Charlize. It was not. Charlize was pretty much traumatised by this. I think she didn't like the idea of anyone turning into living swords.

As what we see from this progress it's likely to take years before this manhwa ends. Is it worth waiting for? Not so. The plot is the usual romance we read here. Tbh, I'm only here for the illustrations. Pleasing and detailed.
