Their server is having issues. if you see the warning on top, "images of some manga and album won't load," that's why. Don't know if they are trying to fix it or leaving it as is. So it's not just you having issues.

I think that Rai was supposed to really die in the last battle, so what Frankenstein means, is probably that he wants to discover how RAI didn't die...
Anyway I'd like to know as well, but I'm plenty happy enough with this ending
