How do I get more protein
2 meals? well idk if I'll be of much help but you need to eat more meat and veggies for the most part and if your desperate just start making protein shakes. Is it weird or not people hide their age?
honestly I've been hiding my age for almost a decade from my close online friends and its getting ridiculous at this point.
