I'm not saying that you can't wish for representation, I'm black and I love seeing black characters, but @zai literally said "just say trans jfc" right after the comic said she was a girl the entire time. That's not how to be let down, that's choosing to ignore the facts and getting mad it didn't go your way, similar to how a toddler acts. Fight for representation, but don't beat other forms of rep at the same time. I was a bald headed tomboy for a lot of my youth so it's shitty that people are acting this way instead of just being happy that we finally got a female character that isn't a literal cunt.

I totally get what you're saying. I honestly love that we might actually have a female character in this webtoon that has a good personality. Also, I think perhaps maybe they were irritated because they kept saying gender reassignment instead of flat out transgender. IDK

Yeah because the surgery is called a sex reassignment surgery. That's the name of the surgery.
It's not called the "I'm trans" surgery, it's sex reassignment. You can be trans with or without the assignment.

uhh you're trans if your body has had surgery on it or if you're juts flat out say "im trans" it foesnt mean someone should automatically question if ur genitals change, like cis people ask wuestions like that alot and its rlly annoyong and kinda offensive to me

I already said you can be trans without changing genitals quit putting words in my mouth. And korean culture is much different from western cultures as a whole, so maybe it's more normal to say it like that over there or maybe it was just translated weird. Don't immediately blame all cis people for the work of a fucking translator or a cultural difference. I am cis, but I was questioning for a long time before I decided to take pride in the fact that I'm just a fucking tomboy and I don't want to be a guy. So I know a bit or two about trans culture. Don't assume I'm cis and have gross questions to ask just because some fucking idiot transphobes do.

1. i was not assuming you were cis or trans I was simply saying if someone, NOT SOECIFICALLY YOU, were or werent trans, you ahouldnt be like "Woah you changed your sex???" when the correct terming is just "Woah you're trans??" bc its least offensive.

2. As someone who is trans you dont really know thw full experience even if you questioned your gender. Thats just questioning your gender, you dont live through dysphoria everyday or how it constantly agonizes you with wverytging you do and how you compare yourself to other trabs people or "not being trans wnough" "Not being cus passing enough" Like the trans community ia so divided and you barely even touched the ice berg of whats it like to be trans and have a internal war inside you.

3. all i said was if you wanna ask someone if they were trans or not don't automatucally ask if they "got the big cut" or "ruined their genitals". The way she was asked if she was trans, even when she isnt, is offensive. So theres a deeper explenation of what i commented

Like I said and apparently like I have to repeat. There are very obvious cultural differences between korea and where ever you live. Secondly, let me emphasize what I said before. I was questioning. I never said I know everything about it. I said I have some experience or know one or two things about it. On the medical side of things, that's where I am most knowledgeable. And lastly, you're literally repeating what I said in different words. Yes its rude to ask like that to you to me to our cultures and the way we see things. Maybe to their culture, it's not like that. Quit being so critical about something like this in a CHINESE MANHUA when we all know how communist china is, and think harder and more critically about where you live and how they treat trans people.
