I think he do because from the scene at the hospital, Hyesung was crying about not holding the baby because he didn’t hold Byul.
Dojin says it's because "he was in pain" and it shows Hyesung nervously sweating in the background. They definitely didn't tell him.
For example, "Call" where he gets therapy and acknowledges his partner can't cure his suicidal ideation. I need more realistic shit like that.

To anybody complaining about how short and slow the chapters are, it's not a Yaoi. So, probably why. I feel for y'all, but it's not speeding up any time soon
the manga not being labelled as Yaoi has nothing to do with the speed, the shonen ai label means its going to be a romantic story rather than an explicit/smutty one… a manga can be a yaoi and a slowburn and a shonen ai can be quick and short
