The age of consent in America is techinically 12 but due to legalities and issues that could occur should the 12 year old change their mind and decide to try and convict you, it is discouraged and suggested you wait until you are 18 to engage in sexual relations. It also varies by state, in VA the age of consent state-wise is 16 and one half years of age.So, its best to check the laws in your area before even thinking of engaging in sexual intercourse with a minor. I do not know what country you are from, though.

Honestly? I don not care about what you write. Even if the consent it’s a 13 year old in japan (where I actually live) it is totally wrong to have sex with a minor. We are talking of minor and some of them really young (12-13 year old) they should not have nothing to do with sex, especially with adults.

The fact that a 15 years old student and a 23 years old teacher had sex in this manga was also kinda unusual for me and of course I was quite surprised by it, but if it’s legal (as jack mentioned) and the teacher has his consent then we can’t really do anything about it ╮(￣▽￣)╭

That person that wrote about ages in the United States was at best ignorant of actual federal and state law, or at worst(my guess) - a disgusting troll, who was just making up ages to get others angry and/or make himself seem normal for being positive about pedophilia.
Same goes with the 13 for Japan. That 13 is a technicality that is overshadowed by local (similar to USA's state) laws that push the age to 16-20.

Adults should not have sex with minor!! If someone have sex with a minor, especially under 16 years old, should be punished. At 13 years old it’s too young to have sex, kids do not know what it means. An adult have the obligation to make kids understand this and not to have sex with them! That is SO WRONG!
I my country the age of consent is 14 and I grow up like this. But still in my country is really wrong to have sex with kids.
And also puberty starts at 11 for girls and 12 for boys. It finishes at 14/15 for girls and 15/16 for boys.

In my country touching a kid under 16 is very wrong.
I can understand after 16, but before no, I cannot. For me it is not an opinion if you touch a kid. I have 4 siblings, 3 of them under 14, I cannot image if this would happen to them.

I've been to primary school and children around that age are starting puberty. It never starts around 13-14 for us, well some. Because mine did but I had some classmates who did start puberty around 7-9. Seeing it's 2020 already and 2020 is such a bad year. Lots of people are blaming it on the food we eat. People say that producers use chemicals to make the crops or whatever grow faster or taste better and when we eat it, it goes into our body and makes us grow faster. Where I'm from we always eat. I'm a picky eater so that's probably why I actually started puberty around 11-13
