the novel is so good why is the manhwa so mid… (not bad tho) it isn’t even just the new art style bro. the characters are all just so flat now and the plot is changing. even if the main point remains, what makes a story good is the little things… they’re rushing everything and skipping some memorable moments altogether damn. hope they don’t fuck with kiyeon’s and doom kiyoung/hyunsung’s arcs T-T
still reading to see illustrations of the characters i like but still, somehow kiyoung in the manhwa feels totally different? like, both are trash but in the novel he was my trash <3 he seemed way more likable and relatable(? not the word but anyways) whereas in the manhwa he feels like one of those generic trash characters from other stories.
