Currently stopping at CH 26. I think it's rather ill-intentioned that the chapter with the wolf had a warning of 'sexual assault,' yet almost all scenes with the tiger in the previous chapters were literally RAPE (but had no warning). The double standards just irked me. Don't play favourites with one ship to make a character look bad. Just translate it.

It was considered that cause Taiga was dubcon at worst and no not every sex scene with Taiga has been "literal rape." At least with Taiga there is some semblance of affection from the get-go-- with Kakeru it was just a friendly coworker relationship and he literally assaulted him in his sleep and in a public place.

You can stay mad in your lil timeout corner lol

I rarely write reviews for manga in mangago, but I’ll make this an exception. Life Senjou no Bokura is, rather literally, about the intersecting lines of Yuuki (white-haired guy) and Akira’s (black-haired guy) lives. The progression from naivety, loss of innocence, and to maturity makes this a heartbreaking manga. It presents a story that is a reality for many of us, especially for those who deviate from societal expectations (being straight, having marriage, having children), that makes living life confusing. What is the right decision? How much of society shall we let affect us?

Loved the symbolism here with the white lines. My god. When I saw the white line cut short in one of the chapters, I screamed inside. What a way to exhibit Yuuki’s internal breakdown upon breaking up with Akira. Back then, he was certain where the white line would lead him. But with an uncertain future after losing the love of his life, where must he go from here?

I don’t blame either of them. Nobody cheated, but incidental encounters (such as Akira’s encounter with his client/co-worker) can trigger insecurities or concerns about relationships. Imagine if they never met at that time in Alakasa? According to one of Yuuki’s statements, it has been eight years since the break-up (and eight years since Akira married his wife), yet Akira hasn’t removed Yuuki’s number at all. Was it hesitance? Uncertainty about the future that he might want to change at one point? Hope that he would find the ‘right’ answer?

Thank you for this manga. Now, I don’t want to grow old. It’s scary growing old, but it’s an inevitable part of life.
