Personally he shouldn't need to even restrain him self bcz technically it is the omegas fault. When an alpha goes into rut and fucks an omega against their own will we always blame the alpha for obvious reasons. Isn't the same happening here tbh?
Yes ofc the omega didn't know of his condition but to me thats very irresponsible of him. It's clearer that day that betas can't get pregnant so he should've double checked his condition to make sure there wasn't anything crazy going on with his body. Either way he is the one that forced a rut on the alpha. Right after alpha stabbed himself omega was perfectly sane and could've left to call for help while he still can yet he chose to stay back which inturn made him inhale more alpha pheromones. Everything leads back to the omega to me.
