I just want to say my own opinion about this work:

I rather like it I'm so over all that fluffy shitty BL stories the most drama we get is from love triangles and past lovers are so overrated and exhausted that it makes most stories boring and I stop reading it like at least if the mc slept with the past lover or other person than the intended love interest it would make things more dramatic and more exciting but that never happens and the author just writes on and focuses on the stressful situation of the love triangle which again is so boring and over used which just ruins the story like god kill someone off or something. However, this particular work very much interested me I've read all of this story and I love it honestly I do, even though I do believe story wise and morally I cannot support the rape scenes at all and they we're very unnecessary, however no matter how unnecessary those scenes are the honestly just add a very much dramatic and drastic setting to the story that most of these stories don't have and I liked that I was actually interested in how they would end up together from this particular, dramatic, and very much serious situation and honestly I must say those who believed they weren't going to end up together should have just read the ACTUAL synopsis of this story because it's very much obvious that no matter what happened they were going to be together. One last thing I want to point out is the techniques the author uses which I'm talking in particular about those "rape scenes" you can go back in old gay literature (like from the late 90's) and gay manga's and this was a common occurrence in those stories where there's forced sex between the "straight man" and "gay man" so very much "turning a straight man gay" so this is actually not really out of the ordinary just a very old writing tactic that forced the "gay man" and "straight man" in a situation with one another even though they would never be in situation with one another in any reality (very much not a progressive writing technique and not one used at all) just wanted to point out that this archaic writing was just used to bring these two (who are honestly both very much disliked people honestly) together romantically in a very much tense, dramatic, and drastic story which is such a refresher to these soft-core love triangle/past-lover centered stories.

So yeah this is my opinion and what I just want to say just bought this whole complete story and I'm fully supporting the author and hoping and looking for more of their stuff to come.

Ok thanks for the explanation. Despite your assumption what you said actually makes this story more overdone and cliched not less, obviously.
