excuse me, cedric is the least toxic to our boy. i mean, he's def a fricken cop popping suspects, so he's exceedingly toxic in that way, but he hasn't stalked, groped, or worse to may. maybe he's worse if you consider the meeting chomp, but he was disoriented and close to death.
