Okay, so... it seems that the emperors brother is the “bad guy”. He will be the one who tells the “saint” that she is the girl from the prophecy, the one who will become the empress and that she should go for it (the emperors love, knowing that he loves the queen).
The emperor will tell the queen that he loves her in the anual banquete after dancing with her and in response she will run away from him. She is frightened, because everything is different from the novel!
The emperors brother will find her and talk with her. It seems that she will tell him about her knowing of her past life.
In the anual banquet the saint will back off after talking to the green haired guy.

The emperor falls in love with the queen, not the saint.
There’s one time when in the original novel the emperor helps to choose a dress for the saint but this time he helps the queen, telling that “the dresses does not fit the queen” (her beauty puts to shame all of the dresses) and ignores the saint.
Her life will be in danger in the banquet now that she is the love interest of the emperor (something that was supposed to happen to the saint)
How come her life become endanger??
Well, the queen said that in the original novel someone tried to kill the saint. Now that she is the love interest of the emperor and that everything he says to her where supposed to be said to the saint, she thinks that someone will try to kill her.
